COUNCIL PRESENT: Christensen, Watters, Munsen. Mayor Mitchell presided. COUNCIL ABSENT: Jensen, Koppert.

OTHERS PRESENT: Deidre Rosenboom, Darryl Halling, Rick Stoltzfus, Steve Schwaller, Norm Herzog.

The Council reviewed the annexation petition presented by Bridges Bay Resort (Nielsen Property). The Council also reviewed the proposed amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance for the addition of Resort Enterprise District per the recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission. RESOLUTION NO. 05-06 APPROVE SETTING THE PUBIC HEARING FOR FEBRUARY 15, 2006 AT 6:00 P.M. ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE ADDITION OF A RESORT ENTERPRISE DISTRICT. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Christensen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Christensen, Watters. NAYS: None.
