28E Agreements and Contracts: Motion to terminate the Rural Fire Agreement with Center Grove Township effective July 1, 2006 and direct the city administrator to draft a letter to the township informing them of this decision. Munsen/Jensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none. The Council will continue to review the EMS Agreement and the Mutual Aid- Law Enforcement Agreement over the next year and may consider revising said agreements.

Motion to enter into a closed session at 4:15 P.M. Watters/Munsen. Ayes; five. Nays; none. Motion to open the meeting again at 5:30 P.M. Munsen/Watters. Ayes: five. Nays; none.

Motion authorizing the City Attorney to file a petition for declaratory judgment to void the annexation restriction placed on the Nielsen property by Dickinson County Board of Supervisors. Munsen/Koppert. Ayes; five. Nays; none.
