    Consent agenda consisting of minutes, claims, clerk's and treasurer's reports also including Alliant Energy claim of $186,525.22 for the relocation of overhead three-phase line to underground three-phase line in parking lot. Koppert/Jensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.

    Motion approving the liquor licenses for The Wine Bar and Art Cottage, L.L.C., Oak Tree Bar-B-Que, Smokin' Jakes, Blue Water Cabaret, Maxwell's Beach Cafe, Sneaky's Chicken and Gepetto's Fine Dining. Jensen/Watters. Ayes; five. Nays; none.

    Motion approved the peddler's permit for Bronx Bulldawgs location will be at Pair-A-Dice parking lot. Christensen/Koppert. Ayes; four. Nays; none. Munsen abstained.

    FUNDING REQUEST: The City had taken over all maintenance and improvements to the ball diamond. Motion by Koppert to approve the funding request by Okoboji Little League for $600. Motion died for lack of a second.

    OKOBOJI CEMETERY WALL: RESOLUTION NO. 14-05 APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 13 FOR THE OKOBOJI CEMETERY WALL AND WAR MEMORIAL PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,633.85 TO VALLEY CONTRACTING INC. PER THE RECOMMENDATION BY HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY. Introduced by Christensen. Seconded by Watters. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Christensen, Watters, Munsen, Jensen, Koppert.     CLEAN-UP DAY: Motion approving June 6, 2005 as city-wide clean-up day and the fee for white goods will be $10.00 each instead of $15.00. Munsen/Jensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.

    MIDWEST WIRELESS: It was the consensus of the Council to invite Andy Bobrytzke for Midwest Wireless to discuss their intentions in more detail regarding leasing antenna space from the City.

    SEWER COLLECTION: ORDINANCE NO. 05-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ARNOLDS PARK, IOWA, BY AMENDING PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES. THE NEW RATES WOULD BE AN INCREASE OF .25 CENTS PER 1000 GALLONS AND $1.00 PER UNIT. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Christensen.     GARBAGE COLLECTION: ORDINANCE NO. 05-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ARNOLDS PARK, IOWA, BY AMENDING PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO GARBAGE SERVICE CHARGES. THE INCREASE WOULD BE TO FROM $5.00 A MONTH FOR RESIDENTIAL TO $7.00 A MONTH AND COMMERCIAL WOULD BE FROM $5.00 A YARD TO $6.00 A YARD. Introduced by Watters. Seconded by Koppert.     WATER COLLECTON: ORDINANCE NO. 05-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ARNOLDS PARK, IOWA, BY AMENDING PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO WATER COLLECTION. THE RECONNECT FEE WOULD CHANGE TO A DISCONNECT FEE AND THE AMOUNT WOULD BE $250 AND COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF DISCONTINUANCE. Introduced by Koppert. Seconded by Christensen.     POLICE DEPARTMENT: Motion to increase the incident and accident report fees to $10.00 per report. Munsen/Watters. Ayes; five. Nays; none. The Council directed the Police Chief to check on costs of videotape dubbing machines.

    COUNCIL MEETING TIME: ORDINANCE NO. 05-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ARNOLDS PARK, IOWA, BY AMENDING PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO COUNCIL MEETING TIME CHANGED FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Christensen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Christensen, Koppert, Watters, Jensen. NAYS: None. Motion waving the second and third readings. Munsen/Christensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.

    Updates: Linden Drive project is a 70/30 cost share with I.D.O.T. Walker is working with I.D.O.T. regarding buying the house on the corner of Linden Drive due to the home being 50 years old. Linden (Hinshaw) Bridge project is 80/20 cost share with Dickinson County. Ball Diamond: Starting to receive railing bids. The concession stand cost is estimated at $75,000. Zephyr Drive is scheduled for completion in May.
