41 DEWEY STREET: Mayor Mitchell opened the public hearing at 4:31 P.M. No comments written or verbal were received regarding the Cityıs walkway on 41 Dewey Street. Mayor Mitchell closed the hearing at 4:32 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. 25-06 DIRECTING THE VACATION AND SALE OF A SIX FOOT STRIP OF LAND NOW A DEDICATED SIDEWALK ON THE EAST SIDE OF LOTS 1 AND 4 AS INDICATED IN PLAT 1,2,3 AND PART OF LOT 4 OF ALLENıS PARK EXTENSION, ALL IN ARNOLDS PARK, DICKINSON COUNTY, IOWA. LIQUOR LICENSES: Motion approving the new indoor liquor license for Lux Martini Bar & Club. Munsen/Koppert. Ayes; five. Nays; none.
CONNECTION TO SEWER LINE: Motion approving the connection to the sewer line requested by Bob Koenen at 167 Minnewashta Beach Road and possible need for an easement. Watters/Munsen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.
FOREST PARK: Mayor Mitchell opened the public hearing at 4:52 P.M. No comments for or against the vacation and property trade were received. Mayor Mitchell closed the public hearing at 4:53 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. 26-06 DIRECTING THE VACATION AND PROPERTY TRADE WITH CHRIS WALKER AND SHERYL WALKER FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING ADDITIONAL STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. Introduced by Jensen. Seconded by Watters. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Jensen, Watters, Koppert, Christensen, Munsen. NAYS: None.
