Motion amending the agenda to include the review of the re-design for the Linden(Hinshaw) Bridge. Jensen/Christensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.  

ALLIANT ENERGY: Alliant Energy has received bids for the installation of  underground services on Lakeshore Drive. The bids have come in much higher than the original cost estimate. Motion approving the City to pay the first 50 feet for the 36 services on the Lakeshore Drive underground project performed by Alliant Energy. Jensen/Munsen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.  

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE: Motion approving a 3% cost of living raise for the remaining employees. Koppert/Christensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.  

LINDEN (HINSHAW) BRIDGE: Motion approving to proceed with the change in design for the Linden (Hinshaw) Bridge and obtain the Iowa Dept. of Transportationšs approval. Jensen/Munsen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.  

It was the consensus of the Council not to loan out city equipment (boom truck).
