COUNCIL PRESENT: Watters, Jensen, Christensen. Mayor Pro-tem Munsen presided.

COUNCIL ABSENT: Koppert and Mayor Mitchell.

OTHERS PRESENT: Jake Hinshaw, Jay Breyfogle, Barb Hagstrom, Al Krueger.

WILDCAT FIELD CONCESSIONS/RESTROOM BUILDING: Ron Walker reported to the Council no bids were received for the Wildcat Field concession/restroom building except a mechanical bid from Tom's Plumbing. Rick Hopper from Jacobson-Westergard & Associates, Inc. and Ron Walker discussed possibly changing the completion date of the project from November to May 15, 2007. Motion to reschedule a new bid date and time for September 13, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. and the public hearing for September 13, 2006 at 6:30 P.M. and changing the completion date to May 15, 2007. Watters/Jensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

Motion to amend the agenda to include Boji Nites' liquor license renewal. Jensen/Christensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

CHOPPER CENTRAL: Barb Hagstrom and Jay Breyfogle asked the Council for an outdoor permit. Ron Walker reviewed the parking lot and could only account for 22 spaces, possibly two or three more, not 32 space as was required by the special use permit. Without the required 32 spaces the outdoor permit cannot be allowed. Motion to deny the outdoor permit due to insufficient parking spaces as required by the special use permit. Munsen/Jensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

STONE FOUNTAIN CONDOS: Motion approving the fencing at Stone Fountain Condos as detailed in the drawing. Jensen/Christensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

Motion approving the liquor license renewal for Boji Nites. Christensen/Watters. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

Motion to adjourn. Munsen/Christensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none. Mayor Pro-tem Munsen declared the meeting adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
