COUNCIL PRESENT: Munsen, Watters, Jensen, Koppert. Mayor Mitchell presided.

COUNCIL ABSENT: Christensen.

OTHERS PRESENT: None.

HIGHWAY 71 STREETSCAPE: It was the consensus of the Council to wait for the meeting on Thursday to determine the number of working days by MLS Landscaping before agreeing on the final acceptance of the Highway 71 streetscape project.

OKOBOJI CEMETERY AND WAR MEMORIAL: Motion by Koppert to meter the water used by the Okoboji Cemetery and bill Center Grove Township the usage. Motion died due to lack of a second. RESOLUTION NO.61-05 APPROVING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE OKOBOJI CEMETERY AND WAR MEMORIAL PROJECT. Introduced by Jensen. Seconded by Munsen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Jensen, Munsen, Watters. NAYS: Koppert.

NELSON PROPERTY: RESOLUTION NO. 62-05 APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 375 S. OKOBOJI GROVE ROAD IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000 FOR THE ABBIE GARDNER CABIN PROJECT. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Koppert. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Koppert, Watters, Jensen. NAYS: None. The City was also awarded a REAP grant for the Abbie Gardner Cabin Project in the amount of $75,000.
