    FOREST PARK ROAD (Utility Improvements Project):  Mayor Pro-tem  Munsen opened the public hearing at 5:34 P.M. No comments verbal or written were received. Mayor Pro-tem Munsen closed the public hearing at 5:35 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. 67-04 APPROVING PLANS, SPECS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE FOREST PARK ROAD (UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT) AND AWARDING CONTRACT TO A.B.C. SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,318.75 PER THE RECOMMENDATION BY JACOBSON-WESTERGARD, INC. Introduced by Jensen. Seconded by Christensen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Jensen, Christensen, Munsen, Koppert. NAYS: None. It was the consensus of the Council to proceed with the water main loop from Barton Drive to Sunrise Harbor Condominiums.

    BOBCAT SKIDLOADER: Motion approving the purchase of the 2005 Bobcat Skidloader with the total cost to the City being $1245. Jensen/Christensen. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

    UTILITY BILL NOTICES: Motion approving adding the verbiage to the utility bill disconnect notices regarding the right to a hearing. Munsen/Koppert. Ayes; four. Nays; none.

    DANGEROUS BUILDING (188 HELMS DRIVE): RESOLUTION AND ORDER NO. 68-04 TO ABATE THE NUISANCE EXISTING AT 188 HELMS DRIVE. BY DECEMBER 1, 2004, FROM SERVICE OF NOTICE UPON THE SAID (DOUGLAS MARSO).
