IOWA GREAT LAKES MARITIME MUSEUM (Conservation Easement ­ Green Space): Mike Zenor addressed the Council regarding the Consent and Subordination Agreement concerning the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum's green space. A lengthy discussion followed regarding the agreement and the substantial gift from Messengers of Healing Winds Foundation. This agreement will keep the green space as it is now and will remain public use area forever.

RESOLUTION NO. 66-05 APPROVING THE CONSENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT BY THE IOWA GREAT LAKES MARITIME MUSEUM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID AGREEMENT. Introduced by Jensen. Seconded by Munsen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Jensen, Munsen, Christensen, Koppert, Watters. NAYS: None.

Motion to amend the agenda to include the permit for Whiskey Dick's allowing the relaxation of the ordinance regarding persons under legal age. Munsen/Christensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none. Motion approving the permit allowing the relaxation of the ordinance regarding persons under legal age for a private party being held at Whiskey Dick's. Watters/Christensen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.
