BUDGET AMENDMENT FYR 2004-2005: Mayor Mitchell opened the public hearing at 6:03 P.M. No comments written or verbal have been received. Mayor Mitchell closed the hearing at 6:04 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. 21-05 APPROVING THE BUDGET AMENDMENT FYR 2004-2005. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Jensen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Jensen, Koppert, Christensen, Watters. NAYS: None.

DICKINSON COUNTY TRAILS ASSOCIATION: Herman Richter addressed the Council regarding the Dickinson County Trails Association 28E Agreement. Arnolds Park is the only community that has not approved the 28E agreement. A lengthy discussion followed. RESOLUTION NO. 22-05 APPROVING THE DICKINSON COUNTY TRAILS ASSOCIATION 28E AGREEMENT. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Christensen. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Christensen, Jensen. NAYS: Koppert, Watters.

OKOBOJI BALL FIELD: The Council reviewed possible plans for a concession stand. The plans also included the possibility of a storm shelter. Motion to move forward with the concession stand plans. Watters/Munsen. Ayes; five. Nays; none.

OKOBOJI GROVE ROAD: RESOLUTION NO. 23-05 APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT 381 OKOBOJI GROVE ROAD IN THE AMOUNT OF $65,000. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Koppert. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Koppert, Jensen, Watters, Christensen. NAYS: None.
