    PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the aforementioned governmental body will meet at the date, time, and place above set out. The tentative agenda of said meeting is as follows:

    -Public Hearing
    -Resolution authorizing the vacation and sale of a portion of the city street-Minnewashta Beach Road

    -RUT (Road Use Tax) REPORT
    -Resolution approving RUT report

    -2004 STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ROHR STREET & FOREST PARK ROAD
    -Preliminary resolution for construction.
    -Resolution fixing values of lots.
    -Resolution adopting preliminary plat and schedule, estimate of cost and proposed plans and specifications.
    -Resolution of necessity (proposed).

    -HOIST STORAGE
    -Johnson asking to store hoist on Amusement Park Parking lot

    -LIQUOR LICENSE & CIGARETTE PERMIT
    -Boji Barcs (Park Bench)

    THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN at the direction of the Mayor, pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, and local rules of said governmental body.
